SheetPilot — Save to Google Sheets™
The web, in your spreadsheet — one click.
Job posts, product listings, leads, research sources — the things you keep in a spreadsheet nearly all start out as somebody else's web page, and moving them across means copy, paste, switch tab, repeat. SheetPilot opens a side panel next to the page instead: highlight and right-click to file a row, point the AI at a messy listing and it fills the exact columns you named, or capture a whole results page as up to 50 rows at once. When the AI reads a site it also learns the layout, so every later visit replays locally — instant, and free. Rows travel from your browser straight to Google's API; your spreadsheet data and your Google token never touch our servers. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC; SheetPilot is an independent product.
What it does
- One-click saving: highlight anything, right-click, and it lands as a row — each target remembers its own spreadsheet, tab and columns, with duplicate detection built in
- AI extraction fills the exact columns you named from a messy page — one record from a detail page, or up to 50 rows from a search results page, previewed before anything is written
- Recipes learn a site's layout the first time the AI reads it, then replay locally on every later visit — instant, free, no credits spent
- Any HTML table on any page exported into your sheet in one click — completely free, entirely in your browser, no AI involved
- Rows go from your browser straight to Google's API over a spreadsheets-only permission — your sheet data and Google token never pass through our servers
