Tools for people who live in their inbox and browser

If your day runs through Gmail, a crowd of open tabs and a bookmarks bar you stopped trusting long ago, these are the Xeviora tools built for that day. Each one does a single job inside the browser you already use, and most of the work never leaves your machine.

How they fit together

  1. 1

Get it out of the inbox

Mail Toolbox turns the thread you need to keep into a PDF, Word file or Markdown note and hands back a summary with the action items — without an OAuth prompt or access to your Google account.

  2. 2

Put it where you'll find it again

SheetPilot files the numbers and links straight into your own Google Sheet, and Bookmark Commander makes the page findable from any tab with one keystroke instead of a folder you stopped opening.

  3. 3

    Stop checking things by hand

Auto Refresh watches the dashboard, queue or order page inside the session you are already signed into, and tells you the moment the thing you are waiting for appears.

The tools

Mail Toolbox for Gmail™

Browser extension

Your Gmail, finally under control.

Turn any Gmail conversation into a PDF, Word file or Markdown note, get a summary with action items, and pin private notes — without granting access to your Google account.

Bookmark Commander — Search & Cleanup

Browser extension

Take command of a thousand bookmarks.

Find any bookmark from any tab in one keystroke, and clear out the duplicates and dead links that make the bookmarks bar useless.

Auto Refresh | Page Monitor

Browser extension

Reload a page on a timer. Get told the moment it changes.

Leave a dashboard, queue or order page reloading in the background and get told the moment the thing you're waiting for appears.

SheetPilot — Save to Google Sheets™

Browser extension

The web, in your spreadsheet — one click.

Send what you're looking at straight into your own Google Sheet — a highlighted value, a table or a whole list — instead of copying it cell by cell.

Questions people ask

Do these tools need access to my Google account?

Mail Toolbox never asks for it — no OAuth, no Gmail API; it reads what Gmail already shows you. SheetPilot does ask, but only for the Google Sheets scope so it can write into your own spreadsheet, and those rows go from your browser straight to Google, never through our servers.

Can I use them without paying?

Yes. Each one has a free tier that covers the everyday job — searching bookmarks, exporting a thread, refreshing a page, filing a row. Paid plans exist for the AI features and heavier volume, and every price is public on the product page.

Will page monitoring work on a page behind a company login?

That is exactly what Auto Refresh is for. It runs inside your own browser session, so it sees the internal dashboard, the queue or the signed-in stock page that a hosted uptime checker never can.

Do I have to install all four?

No. Each one is a separate extension and does its job alone. They are grouped here because they cover four different parts of the same day, not because they are bundled.
