Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
Welcome to xeviora (“the platform”, accessible at xeviora.com). By accessing or using xeviora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description
xeviora is a collection of AI tools that currently includes — but is not limited to — an AI Content Detector and an AI Writer. We provide these tools to registered users on a credit-based billing model.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account registration and security
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing your account is strictly prohibited.
4. Credits and payment
The platform operates on a credit-based billing model:
- New accounts receive 10 free credits at signup to try the tools.
- Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (a third-party payment provider) and support credit cards and other major payment methods.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed, except where they were deducted in error due to a platform-side technical issue.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- We may adjust credit pricing and plan contents from time to time. Material changes will be announced in advance on the platform.
All payments are processed by Paddle and are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable use
When using xeviora, you agree not to:
- Upload or process unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harassing content;
- Use the platform to create misinformation, spread disinformation, or commit fraud;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
- Abuse our APIs through automated scripts or scraping beyond reasonable use;
- Resell xeviora services to third parties without prior written authorization;
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules without refunding any credits or fees.
6. Intellectual property
All branding, trademarks, technical architecture, interface designs, and source code of xeviora are owned by the xeviora team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content (text, documents, etc.) you submit through the platform. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content strictly as needed to deliver the service you requested — for example, to perform AI inference — and not beyond that purpose.
AI-generated outputs (detection reports, articles, and so on) are provided for reference only. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use those outputs.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xeviora is not liable for:
- Losses arising from errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs;
- Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches;
- Failures of third-party services such as Paddle, OpenAI, or Cloudflare;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to xeviora during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
How we collect and process your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or via email. Continued use of xeviora after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time to terminate the service. We may also terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without refund. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), except where retention is required by law.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xeviora operates. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at our operating location.
