1. What this site is

xeviora.com is the brand portal of Xeviora, an independent software studio, and the unified checkout domain for paid plans across the Xeviora product family. Each product (for example AI Chat Exporter, Bookmark Commander, ReadLens, Pulse, SVG Forge, One Thought Immortal) is a separate service on its own subdomain with its own terms governing your use of that product. These terms cover your use of this portal and of the unified checkout.

2. Purchases and billing

• All paid plans in the Xeviora family are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and billing support.
• Prices, plan contents and entitlements are described on each product’s own site; the checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the product’s billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt this site, probe or abuse its checkout and webhook endpoints, misrepresent purchases, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Xeviora name, logo, site design and content are owned by Xeviora. Product names and assets belong to their respective product sites. You may not reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law (for example nominative references).

5. Disclaimers and liability

This portal is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Terms specific to each product, including service-level commitments, are set out in that product’s own terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
