Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
1. Overview
xeviora.com is the brand portal for the Xeviora family of software products, and the unified checkout domain for paid plans across those products. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. Each Xeviora product (for example AI Chat Exporter, Bookmark Commander, ReadLens, SVG Forge) runs on its own site with its own privacy policy covering that product’s data practices.
Who is responsible
Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “our”), who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@xeviora.com
2. Information we collect
2.1 This portal
- No accounts: xeviora.com has no registration or login. We never collect names or passwords here. The only personal data you can actively give us is an email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter (Section 2.4).
- Log data: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, access time and request paths — kept for security and operations.
- Analytics: anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics, subject to your cookie choice (see Section 4).
- Preferences: a cookie remembering your language choice and local storage remembering your theme and cookie consent.
2.2 Uninstall survey
When you remove one of our browser extensions, your browser may open a page on xeviora.com with an optional survey. If you choose to submit it, we store only the reason you selected, any comment you wrote, the extension and its version, the interface language, and a two-letter country code derived from your connection. Submissions are anonymous: there is no account, no email address, and we do not store your IP address alongside them, so a submission cannot be traced back to you. The survey is entirely optional — closing the page submits nothing. The same page also offers an optional email field; if you use it, that address is sent separately to our newsletter provider (Section 2.4) and is never stored with, or linked to, your anonymous survey answer.
2.3 Unified checkout and payment processing
When you purchase a paid plan of any Xeviora product, the checkout runs on xeviora.com. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”). Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (such as name, email, billing address, country and payment details) as an independent data controller in order to process your order, calculate taxes, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations. We never receive or store your full card details. We receive limited order information from Paddle (such as your email, country, plan and transaction status) to provide the service. The checkout session also carries the product identifier and your account identifier on the product’s own site, so the purchase can be credited to the right account. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
2.4 Newsletter
If you submit your email address to our newsletter, we pass it to MailerLite, our email service provider, together with a tag identifying which page you subscribed from. We do not store your email address in our own database. Subscription uses double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link in the first email, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We use the list only to send our own product and behind-the-scenes updates — we never sell or rent it, and we do not link it to purchase records.
3. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To route purchase events to the product you bought, so your plan activates.
- To understand aggregate, anonymous usage of the portal.
- To learn why people stop using a product, so we can fix what drove them away.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Data sharing and service providers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this site:
- Paddle — payments, as an independent controller (see Section 2.3);
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs;
- our own PostgreSQL database server — the anonymous uninstall survey (Section 2.2);
- MailerLite — newsletter delivery, only if you subscribe (Section 2.4);
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics, only if you consent (Section 4).
Purchase events are forwarded to the relevant Xeviora product site to activate your plan.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at support@xeviora.com and we will respond within 30 days. For payment and billing records held by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly as described in its Privacy Notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
